These Terms of Service govern your use of mirevado.com and purchases from Shenzhen Fangqiyi Trading Co., Ltd., doing business as mirevado. By using the site or submitting an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on the site.

Store use
You may use the site only for lawful personal shopping purposes. You must not interfere with site security, misuse content, submit false information, or use the site to violate another person’s rights.

Products and information
We aim to describe products accurately. Colors may vary by screen, and minor material or finish variation may occur. Product dimensions and care notes should be reviewed before purchase. We may correct clear errors or update information.

Orders and payment
An order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order for payment failure, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, pricing error, delivery restriction, or legal reasons. If payment was captured for an order we cancel, it will be returned to the original method.

Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in USD unless checkout displays another presentation currency. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are displayed before payment where required.

Cancellation, shipping, returns, and refunds
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Cancellation requests should be sent within 12 hours. Delivery estimates, shipping fees, the 30-day return window, return conditions, and the 5–10 business-day refund processing period are explained in the Shipping Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

Intellectual property
Site text, graphics, layout, and original product imagery are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except where applicable law permits.

Third-party services
The store uses Shopify and other providers for hosting, payments, analytics, fulfillment, and delivery. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy notices.

Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses unrelated to a breach by us. Customers must follow product instructions and use items for their intended household purpose.
