Orders

How quickly are orders processed?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Can I cancel or change an order?

Contact service@mirevado.com within 12 hours. Orders already in fulfillment or shipped cannot be changed or cancelled.

Shipping

Standard shipping is free on orders of USD $69 or more. Orders below USD $69 have a flat USD $6.99 fee.

After dispatch: United States 7–12 business days; Canada 8–14; United Kingdom, European Union, Australia and New Zealand 8–15; other supported destinations 10–20 business days.

Orders may be fulfilled from our own or partner facilities depending on inventory and destination.

Returns and refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection.
