Return window
Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery.
Conditions
Items must be unused, unassembled where applicable, and in original condition with packaging, accessories, manuals, and parts.
How to request
Email service@mirevado.com with the order number, item, reason, and relevant photos or videos.
Return address
Do not send returns to our business registration address. After approval, support provides the correct return warehouse address and instructions.
Shipping responsibility
Customers pay return shipping for preference-based returns. For damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different items, we provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or return solution at no additional customer cost.
Refunds
Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the item is received and inspected. Banks may need additional posting time.
Cancellation
Contact service@mirevado.com within 12 hours. Orders already in fulfillment or shipped cannot be cancelled.
